We will reward you AND your friend with a cash incentive for each new mortgage issued by the Credit Union by your referral. Furthermore, the cash bonus can be used for anything you want. That’s right. No tricks. You do not have to leave it in your Oshawa Community account, invest it with us or pay down your mortgage, loan, whatever – the money is yours. While each bonus is calculated based on the type of mortgage and the amount borrowed, you could earn up to $700 on a $350,000.00 mortgage, while your friend, the new homeowner, could earn up to $1050.
