If you would like to set up access to your online banking account, please give our office a call at 905-576-4200 or toll-free at 1-855-576-4200. One of our Member Service Representatives will provide you with a User ID and temporary password and guide you through the setup process.
For assistance or if you need to change your password, you may call our branch during our hours of operation and choose option #2 for technical support.
Once you have access to online banking, you can download our free OCCU Mobile Banking App. All account login information is the same as your online banking.
