NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OSHAWA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION LTD

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of the Oshawa Community Credit Union Ltd. will be held on the main floor of the office located at 214 King Street East, Oshawa, as well as virtually via Google
Meets, on Tuesday, the 15th day of April 2025, at 7:00 p.m. We are requesting that members pre-register by contacting Sarah Broderick at sarahb@oshawacu.com, 905-436-5425 or registering by using this link here. 

Each member of the Credit Union aged eighteen and above who complies fully with all requirements of the membership, including the minimum share requirements, will be assigned one vote at a membership meeting. Each member who meets the above criteria will be notified of, and be encouraged to participate in, all membership meetings.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide to the members the Annual Report to the Membership, the Auditor’s Report, and the Audit Committee Report, to conduct Board elections, to appoint the Credit Union’s auditor, and to conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Copies of the Annual General Report to Members, including the audited financial statements, the Auditor’s Report, Audit Committee Report and proposed amendments to the Credit Union By-Law, will be available to members at the offices of the Credit Union and on the Credit Union’s website 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
